The INFOLOG company will not take on any warranty for the up-dating, accuracy, completeness or the quality of its provided information. Claims related to liability towards the INFOLOG company relating to material or conceptual damage caused by the application or non-use of the provided information or rather by the use of faulty or incomplete information are basically excluded, as far as there is no proof of having caused damage through deliberate or gross negligence by the company INFOLOG. The INFOLOG company explicitly reserves its right to alter, to extend and to delete parts of the pages or to alter the complete quotation without special announcement or to even temporarily or finally cease its publication.
